    Yes. The warmer the climate the faster it gets contaminated with bacteria.

  3. If it has already been opened and refrigerated; yes. If it hasn’t been refrigerated and the seal is intact, it should be fine.

  4. If it is not factory-sealed, it can easily become contaminated if not refrigerated.

    Dining establishments are usually required by state law to maintain proper food temperatures. If what you are saying is correct, ou may want to contact your county health department and advise them of it.

    Some bulk mayo is made with a lot of vinegar that would allow it to set at room temperature. It is a good idea to keep it under 41 degrees just to be extra safe.

    All mayonnaise is, is egg yolk, lemon juice and oil..Therefore anything made with egg will spoil and can make you very ill. If it is left out and not on ice you should use it within a few hours.. If you left it out for a whole day, or in the sun for a long while, I’d throw it away…Mayo is cheaper than a hospital stay…
