		<description>All mayonnaise is, is egg yolk, lemon juice and oil..Therefore anything made with egg will spoil and can make you very ill. If it is left out and not on ice you should use it within a few hours.. If you left it out for a whole day, or in the sun for a long while, I&#039;d throw it away...Mayo is cheaper than a hospital stay...
