   To win, you’d have to prove they caused it, and that will be difficult.

   If youthink you got food poisoing from a restuarant, why don’t you talk to the manager. If you want to do something, contact your local enviromental health office.

   You can sue anyone. Can you prove that it was their restaurant that gave you food poisoning? Check with an attorney.

   if it was more than one person that got sick and didnt eat anything in common before, yes.

   yes you can sue but to do so the doctor that treated you would have to be willing to say what poisoned you most doctors want do this
