No! you have got to be 16 before you can start working anywhere. It is the federal law becaue of the child labor laws.

u cant get a job under 16 at any store or business

Generally speaking, a person may work part-time if they fall below the minimum age of a full time worker.These people may be restricted to working during certain hours. Regulations may vary from state to state. Check with your local labor authorities.
