I got a sample of Blue Wilderness, but my picky cat wouldn’t eat it, she won’t eat Wellness Core either which is another quality food. I feed her Evo, it’s first ingredients are:Turkey, Chicken Meal, Chicken, Herring Meal, Chicken Fat, Potatoes, Egg, Turkey Meal. Yes, it has some fruits and veggies too. The oatmeal and potatoes act as a binder for dry food and are better than corn or wheat.
Crude Protein (min) 50 %
Crude Fat (min) 22 %
Crude Fiber (max) 2 %
Moisture (max) 10 %
Here’s what the Evo site says about Chicken Meal:
Chicken meal is the dry rendered (cooked down) product from a combination of clean flesh and skin with or without accompanying bone, derived from the parts of whole carcasses of chicken — exclusive of feathers, heads, feet, or entrails.
So, if your cat doesn’t like the Wilderness, try Evo.

Blue Wilderness is not too bad for a dry food. Meal is really just dried up meat (can include some bone, tendon, etc.) that is pulverized. It’s not as good as just plain chicken, etc., but it’s better than something like by-product meal.
If your cats will eat it, I don’t think it will do any harm to use Blue Wilderness while you’re away.
Hope this helps!

I think you mean Blue BUFFALO Wilderness. And yes – it’s a very good food. Mine eat that, Innova Evo and Petcurean! Go Natural. All are grain free and 45-50% protein.
I don’t advise, though, leaving a cat completely alone for two days. What if it gets sick shortly after you leave? By the time you get back it could be dead. Surely you know someone that could stop in at least once or twice to put fresh food out and play with the cats. If not there’s many pet sitters around that will do so for a small fee.
