  1. Drink lots and lots of fluid!! Eat a brat diet..(banana,rice,applesauce,toast). I have had food poisioning and it is not nice!!! Just go slow, push the fluids, eat slowly and little bits at a time. I hope you feel better soon.

  2. Drink plenty of fluids. Sports drinks, soda pop, and fruit juices contain too much sugar and not enough of the important electrolytes that are lost during diarrhea so avoid these. When you feel well enough, begin eating mild, low-fat foods, such as bananas, rice, applesauce, or dry toast or crackers (known as the BRAT diet). Avoid spicy foods, other fruits, alcohol, and coffee for 2 days and dairy products for 3 days after all symptoms have disappeared.
