  1. Move out if you can- having junk food in the house is the worst!!! I guess you could go for a walk while they are eating, too.

  2. If you find that you’re eating because food is all around and you’re bored, find things to occupy your time! Whether it’s your job, some new hobbies, hanging out with friends, or spending some time at the gym – which might be good if you want to lose weight – it will take your mind off of eating and help you change your lifestyle. Also, if most of the food where you live is not healthy food, you might consider doing some of your own shopping to purchase healthier options for yourself. Finally, if you have any friends who are also trying to lose weight, use them for support! If the two of you do it together and hold each other accountable, it might help you to stick to it! You can do it, don’t give up!

  4. Im going thru the same thing … find foods that are better for u and that u like … and only limit urself to that food … read a book … it can occupy ur time for hrs if needed

    That’s your problem right there – “I can’t.” Yes you CAN, it just takes a lot of self-control. If you would rather whine and make excuses for obesity than look good and feel great, that is your own problem. To quote Nike, just do it.
