They are small and kinda tasteless. 2. you can dehydrate slices of green beens and make veggie chips that way. 3 you would actually want to make a mash of green beens kind of like a mashed potato. You can add organic flour and other spices to make like a dough. You would want to roll the dough to very very thin sheets and just cut out the dough in what ever shape you like and then deep fry them. I hope that this helps good luck!
