The microwave is best; by freezing and defrosting you make sure bacteria don’t multiply and vitamins and other nutritional ingredients are best preserved. Also you can choose exactly how hot you want it to be, and there is no reason not to use the microwave; the harmful rays are an urban myth.

I’d go with the microwave… and don’t use plastic. If you heat things up (or put hot things) in something that is plastic, then you get more of the BPA toxins that are in plastic. Plastic isn’t good to put hot food in or heat food up in. Plus if you bring your food cold and keep it cold until you’re ready to eat then you’ll have less bacteria!

if you have access to a microwave then use it but if no micro then the thermal container is just fine
