and if they don’t do anything, call the cops on him.
he threaten to beat u up, and has he, no only shoot u in the eye witha bb gun, why didn’t move or walk away from him so he couldn’t do that?
he can use some therapy or boot camp.

Obviously, your parents are aware of this behaviour. Scary if they condone it!
As his brother, try to direct his mind elsewhere…take him out, kick a ball with him, or get him involved in a healthy outdoor sporting activity.
Perhaps, joining Scouts, or Cubs might teach him to respect the environment, as well as teaching him skills that may help him in an army career!
Can he join Army cadets? They will teach him real discipline, and hone his interests productively.

your brothers a typical 11 year old kid who just is obsessed with something. Help him get over it, yeah we kids love guns and stuff but you need to tell him not to go to far about this. If you are the older brother i suggest taking his stuff and talking but if that doesnt work i suggest you speak to your parents about this..
