My mom, a wise old owl and mother of 3 would always eat a few saltine crackers before even really sitting-up in bed in the morning and this would allieviate her morning sickness altogether. I am from a small town and my mom is not the only woman I know of who used this method. Sometimes the old-fashioned wives tales are the most valuable sorces of medicine.

I’m from Asia, and pregnant women swear by dried sour plums to combat morning sickness.
