Now with renewed efforts focusing on hispanic cultures, the BSA is going to drive new blood into the program. BSA has stated that in order to survive in this economy, all young people must be given an equal and fair opertunity to be part of this wonderful youth educating program.

In conclusion, the Boy Scouts organization needs all kids of young men and hope to expand their organization even further by recruiting Hispanics and other families to get involved.Only through respect, discipline, and community involvement can this goal be reached. We need more hands on education for our boys to better serve others and reach that high self esteem that comes with being a boy scout.
