One does not start a business just because there is much you need to know before you sell your first bottle. Your concerns are well founded, if someone gets sick from one of your products you could be held personally liable if you don’t structure your business correctly. You will have to find a way to pasteurize your product and that your bottles are clean and sterile before filling. Do a study on Hansen’s Natural Soda’s and see what free & legal information you can find out on there manufacturing processes. It might be easiest to find a co-packer that will handle the production of your product. As far as selling your product, you will have to start with small boutique operations and try to get them to order your product. You might be better off by applying for a patten / copywright for your product and sell the recepie or process.

1. you can look for a bottle supplier on EC21 and alibaba
2. For funds, it will be hard to get a bank loan, but there are a lot of oppurtunities to find a business angel.
Type this in on google, and look for these people. I found mine, just by asking my bank director where i could find these people, and het knew some
3. Also do some networking in network groups like JCI and others
