As a female, I would leave my husband (whether I love him or not is not important), go live with my parents who can help support my two kids with me, and get a job. Eventually I’ll be able to support my family and get back on my own two feet. If I’m still in love with him then, then he can come live with me. If not, there’s no point in having a felon in my home. The only thing that can help him is time. He’s going to have to stay a bum, and work for small companies where he can gain their trust personally. I’m sure although he cannot live with his wife, if she lives at home, they can meet on occasion if need be anyway. This may be hard, but only way to regain confidence, money and trust in this world.

  2. Did you really just say “black people have the best skills for survival”?

  3. I would go home to my parents who are willing to take me and my children in, for the sake of the kids. If being apart from the “husband” is being a problem have him pitch his tent in a nearby area and you can go visit as much as you please. Go to school or get a job while living with the parents (easier to get a job with an address rather than “tent A located on side of hillside B lol) to support yourself and get your own place. The hubby can move back in and everything would be taken care of. If they arent willing to rough it by being apart for awhile to give a better life to their kids then they need to have them taken away. There are also programs for felons that place them in jobs. I know what its like to be at the bottom (Ive picked up pop cans to scrap for cash to get food for my family anyone who isnt out there doing that and is still complaining I have no sympathy)… you have to be willing to get off your begging knees to climb the mountain lol. 22 y/o wife/ mother of a 3 y/o
