yeah, he does sleep in at hotels, but not in all cases. and of course they carry food/water, he explains if he gets into too much trouble, then his people will assist him. But c’mon, he drank the liquid out of elephant scat, and ate a boiled 2 day old sheep eye ball.

They have two very different shows. Bear shows people what to do if they are ever caught in a difficult situation and Les shows him IN the situations. Since Man vs Wild is just informational of course he can stay in motels etc.
