What is a Koala Bears survival skill?

Can someone please tell me what is a Koala Bear’s survival skill? I need to know…. What do the do to survive?

    They dont need to drink water, they get all the moisture they need from the eucalyptus leaves they eat :) I guess that is one pretty good survival skill!

  2. A pretty awesome adaptation of koalas is that they get ninety percent of their hydration from eucalyptus leaves (or gum leaves). Their name is actually Aboriginal for ‘no drink’. Eucalyptus leaves can contain toxic prussic acid at certain types of the year, and so the koalas have learned which leaves are safe to eat. Even without this acid, eucalyptus leaves can still be poisonous to some animals, however the koala’s digestive system is designed to be able to digest it.

    No offence meant, but they aren’t koala bears; they’re koalas. They have no relation to the bear family, as they are marsupials and bears are mammals. The koala’s closest relative is the wombat.
