The US Navy SEALs. They are the most stealthy, highly trained, and best equipped soldiers out there. If you want something done right, leave it to a SEAL.

I’d say Air Force Pararescue because in addition to all the talents the SEALS have, Pararescue has to maintain EMT/Paramedic qualifications.

SAS or SBS, these units are the basis of most special forces and both have the worlds hardest section and training courses (less that 10% of applicants will make it through)
