Can someone help me w/a diet….?
Can someone please lay me out a diet plan? Here is a list of semi-diet foods that I do enjoy eating, I just need someones advice on laying it out, when I should eat and what I should eat. I am a snacker and I do not eat too much at a time…I enjoy small meals and I love sweets. 
-I know those have to be cut down. And I have started to not eat anything after 8 pm and I walk/jog about 3-4 miles a week and do lower body workouts.
Wheat bread/toast
Straw preserves
Scrambled egg whites
Fruits:ban,app,straw,grps,orng
Kashi High Protein cerial w/skim milk
Grilled Chicken
Grilled shrimp
Tea, water, fruit juices
Turkey
Wheat pasta with smart butter
Reduced Fat Vanilla Wafers
Popcicles, 10 cals per one
Green Beans
Corn
Broccolli
100 Cal packs: cookies, chips, snacks, etc

Advice for a hermit crab owner?
Okay…sure, I’ve had mine for four years now, but I’m wondering if I’m doing anything to harm her.
I keep her in a 20 gallon terrarium, two pools, a crab house, room temp., a holey stick that birds like to climb on (I think it’s a cactus skeleton or something), hermit crab food, various shells, rocks, repti-bark as flooring, and I spray the cage to make it humid sometimes.
I don’t want to buy anything fancy, so don’t go and reccomend some $1,000 equipment that I can make at home or something. Is Blanca (the crab) happy? I’m thinking about getting her some companions.
What would be the immediate impact to Earth, if an asteroid the size of Utah hit the moon?
I am working on a story and was wondering what would be some of the physical aspects of such an impact on Earth within a few minutes of it happening. The asteroid will be large enough to push the moon from our orbit, but not enough to destroy it. At first I thought maybe a large boom, but then I realized it’s hitting the moon and we probably wouldn’t hear a thing. Any advice would be appreciated.
I need immediate effects, not catastrophes. I already understand human nature. This is a story.
How do you START the Master Hunter Ambient Challenge in Red Dead Redemption?
I completed the the Sharpshooter, the Treasure Hunter, and the Survivalist Ambient Challenge, but i haven’t even started or figured out how to get the Master Hunter Challenge. Any advice?
