What is a good cat food without BHA?

I just learned about the harms of BHA and other chemicals used in pet food to preserve the food. I currently feed my cat 9Lives, as well as a mixture of organic cooked meats when I can, and I looked up 9Lives ingredients and saw that they use BHA. What is a good brand of cat food without those harsh chemicals and where can I buy it?

Sadly, feeding organic dry food is terribly expensive, but my little guy is worth it. Also, I have to drive 2 hours to get to any pet store where they sell cat food, so I buy my pet food from Wal-Mart (yuck). Is there a good brand of cat food at Wal-Mart by chance? If not, I guess I have to drive 2 hours to the pet store. Thank you! :)

Nowadays it seems like everything in our food is something bad for us and with these new preservatives, it makes me wonder…what was used to preserve foods before the government started allowing these things?

Is Savorful a poising dog food?!?

Im confused my cousins are feeding their dog Savorful…. But when i look at the ingredients, it was horrible… it said “Animal Fat(preserved with BHA), Chlorine, dicalcium phosphate(which i think is an acid in animal C*ap) titanium dioxide”!!! those are just pointers… I care for their dog but whenever i tell them that they should change to Wellness, they say, “Well our vet recommended this food fo our dog” and now they are telling me to change my dogs food to Savorful too. i asked them for the paper from the vet they would say… lets go check on the dogs… My point is now…. The food is only $3.00 which is a bad sign and the people are filthy rich and have all the time in the world! So, my cousins dog is throwing up… Im so worried! I mean i dont want to take the dog to the vet for them because it will be costly… Im middle class… what do you think i should do to help my cousins dog? AND… do you think Savorful is poising?!
