strawberries, blueberries, apple, and bread for my rats?

Okay, I ran out of rat food, so I am making some until we can get more. Healthier, really. Right now I am mashing up some strawberries and blueberries with some preserved apple (my dad put just a tiny bit of vinegar–not that much) and then I will put carrot and bread in there. Any suggestions? anything to change or add? I don’t really have a whole lot. We have cheerios, but only honey-nut and frosted. Should I put just a few in there? I know normally you wouldn’t but is it bad for them or just unhealthy? Would it be okay if i just sprinkled a few?
Oh, and I have rolled oats. I think i’ll put some in. I gave them some bread in olive oil last night.

Oh, and I want to thank the person who gave me the strawberries and blueberries for the rats. Thank you, frog luver!
Oh yeah, and this is for three rats, one a biggie and the other two small. They are males. The whole point of not having rat food is that I can’t go get more, so I can’t get any other ingredients either. I stopped feeding my rats nuts. They aren’t very good for them. Also I have some frozen broccoli. I am sure that is okay for rats but should I warm it u[p? i doubt they like frozen veggies.
Oh I added some pasta, uncooked. We have no grains as far as I know. Can I warm it up, not hot, just slightly warm?

Dry cat food Blue Wilderness?

Hello Everyone! As some may know, my cats, Binnie and Marble eat a half canned/half raw diet. I normally feed raw in the morning, canned in the afternoon and one of those 2 at night and leave a small handful of dry for overnight, approx. 20-30 pieces. I like to keep dry available for the times when I’m gone overnight or am out of town for business. I have ABSOLUTELY no one to come feed my cats for these times, so I leave dry for them. Plus, I’m not gone that long, no more than 2 days, so no one really needs to come feed them anyway. So to my question, I’m looking for the highest quality of the lowest quality choice, dry food. I ran across Blue Wilderness and it’s seems pretty good, but I noticed all of those MEALS behind the meat words and wondered if that’s really okay. The Blue Company worker of course, said there’s nothing wrong with the word meal. I really don’t see the need for oatmeal, potatoes, cranberries and blueberries but all of the high quality dry comes with some type of veggies/fruits so there’s really no way to get around it. But it’s not that many so I won’t complain too much.

Thanks everyone for the answers. Unfortunately, Percy, I don’t have anyone to watch or check on them. I moved out of town for my job so my family is in another state. And I don’t know my neighbors nor do I trust anyone with having a key to my home and going in to check on my animals. My cats will be alright. It’s not often that I’m gone for 2 whole days but it does happen. Thanks for the suggestion!

Ways of cooking fruits?

I have read that eating warm fruits during the winter is better for you, this is based on ancient Indian/Hindu custom. Warm things are supposed to be more fortifying, especially if you add a warming spice like cinnamon. Where I live, winters are cold and wet, so I’d like to eat warming foods. But I try to be conscious of eating fruits for their nutrients and fiber. What are some ways I can cook with fruit, without adding lots of other ingredients and still preserving their goodness? I like apples, blueberries, banana, pears. I also eat dried plums and apricots, and raisins.
