is 1 tbsp that bad?? on the other butter my mother buys it says for 1 tbsp its 100 calories! and 100 calories from fat, 11 total fat, 4 grams sat very bad.

Im sticking to eating 3 meals a day and not do what i was doing when dieting, cutting EVERYTHING OUT. i am using the new method “everything in moderation” because i started binging on EVERYTHING, pizza, chocolate, marshmallows, graham crackers, pudding, oatmeal, granulated sugar(i dont put sugar on my foods but i have been when i binge), ect) Im trying to get over this and just eat in moderation. is this butter gonna get me fat!?

Recovering from a binge day/night… Will i be able to stay my weight?

Alright so all yesterday i had a bad binge day. i had to have eating atleast 2000 calories of bad stuff i NEVER eat much of. I lost 30 lbs and now trying to maintain it. But lastnight since ive started my period i couldnt help myself untill 2 o clock in the morning. I mean i ate EVERYTHING. 3 bowls of oatmeal, so much sugar, LOTS of butter, i never eat butter or put sugar in my food, 2 BOXES of kashi crackers, lots of dark chocolate lots of chicken, LOTS of yogurt, lots of almond and cereal, lots of CHIPs, french fries, WHITE bread, and SO MUCH MORE and the last thing i ate was pudding i made at like 2 in the morning. I ate so much i was sick and my stomach was HARD. I got onto the scale this morning and it said i gained 2 lbs. What should i do? I got up(5:30am is when i eat breakfast) and i ate my plain shredded wheat cereal with skim milk. Then for lunch i had a sugarfree preserve sandwich on whole wheat with an apple. then for snack at around 3:30 i had a small apple with a lot of natural PB, a handful of kashi crackers and a handful of mini marshmellows.. yes i binged a lil more today but tm i think ill be ok.. Do you think i can take the weight off? After i ate breakfast i exercised a lil bit on my ellipical machine. Do you think the weight will stay? i only binge like that once a month.

What’s the healthiest way to prepare food?

Which way of cooking is healthier (doesn’t use much oil, butter, or other fat, if any at all) and will preserve the most nutrients in a food: Steaming, boiling, roasting, or microwaving?
This question refers to cooking vegetables, specifically kabocha squash.

how do i “preserve the identity” of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich until lunchtime??

okay, this is a reeally dumb science assignment, i need to make a procedure to preserve a pb and j sandwich i can use these materials: sheet of cardboard, string, straws, aluminum foil, plastic sandwich bag, sandwich, tasking tape, brown paper bag.

i really don’t know anything about food preservation, so give me some tips please! what should i do./ make out of the materials i can use?????

btw, this is from the time i pack it in the morning till noon, so like 4 hours. to “preserve the identity of the sandwich”
