I am creating a character – she is mature in the sense she has survival skills – cook, clean, etc. She is immature in the sense that she is naive, candid, very child-like and has a dependent personality. I am filling out a character trait chart, I am trying to figure out what her home life could have been to make her this way.
all i want to know is how i would kill,prepare,cook,eat a wild animal like a bear,bunny,squrrel,etc

I’m wondering what me and my girlfriend would need to know in the event that we had to go into the woods and the cities weren’t safe. I know I would need to know how to hunt and cook/dry meat, find water supplies, make fire, (I already know that) and set up camp. I’m pretty sure there’s more to it than that. what am I missing?
