How does one start a small soft drink company?

I’ve got a few soft drink recipes that I’ve been working on in my food lab for a while, and I’d like to get then out on the market locally. I’m looking for the best place to get 200-300 PETE bottles and custom labels to bottle my drink. Where can I acquire these? Most of the Internet retailers do custom bottle jobs on prepackaged bottle water, but none that I’ve been able to find stock the empty bottles themselves.

Another one of my major concerns is health. How do I make sure that my drink will be safe for consumption after sitting in the sun for three days? I don’t want to add tons of additives, and I’d like to keep boiling and other heat preparation to a minimum in order to preserve the flavor.
I don’t expect overnight success but am looking for direction on where to begin.

Ways of cooking fruits?

I have read that eating warm fruits during the winter is better for you, this is based on ancient Indian/Hindu custom. Warm things are supposed to be more fortifying, especially if you add a warming spice like cinnamon. Where I live, winters are cold and wet, so I’d like to eat warming foods. But I try to be conscious of eating fruits for their nutrients and fiber. What are some ways I can cook with fruit, without adding lots of other ingredients and still preserving their goodness? I like apples, blueberries, banana, pears. I also eat dried plums and apricots, and raisins.
