Just thought I’d throw an interesting subject out there. I’ve always been interested in the complexity of theories that have been floating around. I’ve probably heard them all, but I’d like to hear what you people think. If it’s a change, what kind of a change do you expect? Do you think that all of the information about 2012 is just a coincidence? Do you believe that the mayans could predict some sort of cataclysm? What about Edgar Cayce’s predictions about Atlantis and their demise? How would that coincide? With the exception of Christianity (and perhaps including them!) is the impending doom as close as some think? The questions progress, continuously, and unending. I know its ironic to be looking for more questions in Yahoo! Answers, but maybe I’m just an ironic guy. Besides, from what I understand, Yahoo! Answers is just a very elaborate message board with a neat point system for posting. Right?
I’m not sure that you guys understand what I’m really getting at. I should have worded it differently, Do you think we’ll survive 2012 and do you think that there will be a large cataclysmic change, or just a small change when the sun passes the galactic equator. See, while the Mayan calender may appear to end at 2012 with a significant ‘number,’ its actually a specific date which starts the cycle of their calander over and also starts our solar system’s cycle over. Maybe you guys should do a little research before answering a question.
