Fallout 3 DLC questions?

i’ve started playing F3 (fallout3) again, and have all but 1 bobblehead(energy wep), all quest perks possible (ant might, barkskin, hematophage, power armour training, rad regen, survival guru, wired reflexes)
and built my character before even starting playing to make sure it is best possible
i have 10 unique weapons (A3-21′s plasma rifle, experimental MIRV, Fisto!, lincolns repeater, ol’painless, protectron’s gaze, reservist’s rifle, sydney’s 10mm “ultra” SMG, the terrible shotgun, victory rifle)
i also have railway rifle, dart gun, and mesmatrom and 1k+ of every ammo except alian powr cells
and most of my skills are 100 (and dont go down when using skill decreasing equipment)
i dont have any DLC’s and am nearing the end of the game and wouldnt want to lose this char just by ending the game, so if i finish the game and get a DLC will i still be able to continue this char?? can you play DLC’s on the char you beat the game with?
lol the reason i am asking is becuz i dont really have much left of interest to do but beat the game, and cant afford a DLC till payday which isnt for a while :(

Fallout New Vegas question?

I’m trying to get my platinum for this game. I’m trying to find the best way to get these
trophies can anyone please help me. I just need some tips on a fast way to get them. Here are the trophies I’m stuck on: New Vegas Samurai, Artful Pocketer, Desert Survivalist, Old-Tyme Brawler, The Courier Who Broke the Bank, & Caravan Master.

So can anyone please give some tips on a fast way to get these. If you need info on where I am in the game here it is: I’m at lvl 35, have the best weapons and armor, can get all companions, and I’m at the park before you ever meet house.

This piece of Cold War Propaganda attempts to reassure the public about the aftermath of a nuclear attack on American soil. Told in a calmly scientific tone (a popular type of propaganda), the film uses both animation and live action to illustrate the effects a bomb might have and the dispersal pattern of fallout. Downplaying the dangers involved, the film recommends fallout shelters for every family as a standard for Civil Defense. The narrator gently assures the audience that two weeks of hiding out is enough before a family can emerge into a relatively safe world again. The dangers of fallout radiation are absurdly minimized as instructions for decontamination measures are given. About Fallout is one of the best examples of propaganda in American history and a great look at now antiquated nuclear fallout shelters. The film was originally sponsored by the US Department of Defense.
