How can I make my voice heard?

I’m struggling with an eating disorder, and constantly bombarded with negative reinforcement from society. Every commercial is either for fast food, or a new majic diet pill. I can’t get away from it, and I want it to stop putting bad thoughts in america’s girls’ heads. Eating disorders are glorified instead of addressed/dealt with. People accept being too thin, but shun those are too fat.
I would also like to find a reliable birth control for guys, but that’s a perfect world. I can’t expect miracles.

Why do obese girls hook up with skinny loser dudes, then get on tv to complain about being abused/cheated on?

Huge girls in tent outfits, or revealing, hideous outfits, from blond to braids, all colors, the same old story: she’s fat n sweaty, and then she births little Orcas from some loser who beats her or cheats on her, and she can’t understand why she’s getting nothing from him but more babies. It’s obvious she eats fast food all day, along with her sisters, mother, aunt, and friends. And the dude is usually some ex-con, or thug, or almost homeless looking dude. Not a single year of school beyond senior high between the two so-called adults. Is this, like, the only Americans left to see on tv, and if so, why do we have to see it, like, everyday?

does sleeping alot makes you fat?

i tend to sleep alot more than i eat. for example, if i have to go to work at 5pm, i would sleep all day, wake up at 4pm to get ready to go to work. i get to work, and work all the way to 11pm. and then i would stop by a fast food place to get something to eat. i get home, stay up till 2 or 3 am, ( i can’t sleep anymore because i have already slept all day ) then i would go to sleep then. this is usually my normal day. I am also trying to lose weight too. i dont do this routine everyday. i do it maybe 3 times a day. please tell me : does sleeping alot makes you fat????

I work in the airline industry and it is VERY difficult to eat healthy while on trips. Any suggestions?

I am an airline crew member and it is very difficult to eat healthy while on trips considering all that is available at the airports are McDonald’s, Burger King’s, etc and there are very limited cooking facilities for us. What can I do to ensure that I am getting all of the nutrients that my body needs when I have to eat fast food and airline snacks as my regular diet due to the fact that I am hardly ever home and can’t really bring anything and preserve it?
