Do you believe the Bush administration wants to keep us feeling safe?

If he wants to keep us feeling safe then how come his most recent political advertisement focused on some sort of fictional illogical doomsday scenario?
They modeled it after Johnson’s advertisement campaign in which he took advantage of the Cold War in order to win the presidency.
Personally, I am MAD AS HELL that the Bush administration wants to keep us in a state of fear so that we will support them and the war.
They have messed up badly in the “War On Terror” (not really a war on “terror”) and are now claiming that the stakes are the existence of the U.S. itself!
Aren’t they being unreasonable and overly-dramatic?
I don’t think anyone should listen to them and their BS advertisement, which the sole purpose is to instill FEAR into the good American people in order to support the leaders.

Will you allow their FEAR TACTIC to garner your support?

Can homosexual people change to be heterosexual?

I think they can change. Why? It is because gayness is against nature. The female organs were meant to be with the male organs because that is natural. Just simple physic: Opposite forces attract, same forces repel. Gay people are gay because they don’t want to change, most people have had attraction to the same gender at least once in their lives, but they know that is wrong to have such attraction and they stop it. It is the way people manage that attraction, and how they control those feelings. It is the same when you are allergic to some foods, you know that you like that food but, you also know that you should not eat that food cause you are allergic to that, so you don’t eat that food. The same with gays, if they know that they should not be with someone of the same gender, they should stop that feeling. The problem comes when they let those feelings to go on, then they can not stop those feelings. What homosexuals would do without heterosexual people? They will be extinguished
If it was not for the straight people the human generation will be over. There will be no hetero, no homosexual people because most gays do not reproduce themselves, simply because two organs of the same type are not meant to be together. Even though it may be pleasure for both of theme to have intercourse, they should stop that feeling. Means that, if they want to have relation with the opposite gender they can, but they just don’t try. They don’t want to change that abnormal behavior. For that reason gays are and will be always hated. Believe it or not but gays can change if they want. It Is like you can not have an attraction for a relative because you know that is wrong, is against society, is against nature so you stop that feeling. But if your society or your culture think it is right to have sex with your own relatives, then you will have attraction for your own relatives.
Like back on those years when in Europe was normal for the royalty to married their own relatives. Can you explain how they could have an attraction for people of their own family? Now day’s people do not have such attraction because they know that is not natural is not “normal”. It is the same with homosexuals, if they realize that gayness is against nature, then they will be able to change and have attraction for the opposite gender.

Eating raw vegetables or fruits give me really bad heartburn. Any ideas why this is?

Additional info: This condition has affected me most my life, but has gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. It started when I was around 7 and I am now 24 years old. Almost any uncooked fruit or vegetable gives me heartburn. This includes both highly acidic and highly basic fruits and vegetables (everything from oranges to bananas). The heartburn is incredibly debilitating. Often times, I find myself feeling extremely nauseous and produce immense amounts of very thin saliva.

Most the time, if it is cooked or preserved or frozen, the food does not cause me heartburn.

Also, foods which normally give people heartburn (caffeine, spicy foods, greasy foods, etc.) do not affect me in a negative way.

I am currently taking 600 mg of ranitidine everyday. It helps sometimes, but I can’t really count on it to help all the time.

I really want to get back to eating healthy as I feel the lack of fruits and veggies is taking its toll on my body.

Please help!
