If I mixed cranberry juice and vodka and never refrigerated it, is it safe to drink?
I know cranberry juice must be refrigerated after opening like apple juice. I forgot to put the mix of both back in the fridge after last weekend and am wondering if it is safe to drink now, if maybe the vodka has a preserving effect? or will I get food poisoning? AHHH!

How much cure/salt do i need to make jerky?
When curing meat to make jerky, how much cure/salt should be used to preserve the jerky for around a week?also is there any thing about food poisoning i should know about?

why wont you get food poisoning from eating fresh fruit with endospores of clostridium botulinum?
and why might you get food poisoning if you ate home-preserved fruit that spoiled?

What can i do the day after to get my health back up. I feel so drained and exhausted. I thought i was going to die….
