Out of 10 (10 being best) can you please rate each dog food, and which you would recommend and why? Or any other suggestion for dog food please, keeping in mind we don’t have many options in New Zealand.
Okay i live in NZ so… there’s not much choice to dog food. I know ZiwikPeak is great but wwwwwoah! $105.00(nz) for 5 kgs! i don’t think i can afford that. We have brands like, Eakanuba, Iams, ProPlan, Beneful, Tux, DogChow, One, Royal Canin, Hills.
I am aware that most of the food we have here is… not as good as there is in the Us and stuff, so just keep in mind…

first 2 ingredients concerns me though
thanks for the first 2 answers, yeah im up for more work to feed my dog better. We just got him 2 weeks ago his old owner use to feed him table scrap. . . so it’s kinda hard for me to find the right food for him since he’s on a diet, having lil resource in NZ is hard enough too. Maybe after he goes back to his ideal weight i will start feeding him what i feed my JRT puppy.
Boiled rice, boiled Lamb, boiled chicken, boiled mince, boiled carrot, peas, half a clove of garlic for flea repelent, and plain yougurt. do you think its good?
My dog is a golden retriever, 5 years, 40.1kgs, weight we need him 35-38kgs.
