Does anyone know if Xolos are vegetarians?

I feed my dog high quality can-food and also this organic dry stuff. He still seems to get some stomach trouble (gas) with it. I’ve heard somewhere they’re vegetarians.. Is that true?
He gets meat every day, but he’s more into grains etc. Loves chicken. However, the breed is very old and some websites recommend to feed veggies only. I don’t know.
Thanks anyway.

Have a restaurant recommendation in NYC for special occasion?

I am taking my niece to New York City as a pre-18th birthday and graduation present because I will be gone when those events take place (first time there for both of us). We do not have a lot of money, but I would like to treat her to one “nice” dinner — nice ambience, not TOO expensive but high quality and artfully presented food, etc. I need at least some vegetarian options, too. Can anyone make a recommendation? I got a good deal on a hotel room in the theater district, but I do not mind traveling a little bit around the City.

Switching Dog Food to Halo?

I want to change my puppy’s kibble to Halo, and I went to the dog food analysis website and it’s not listed there. So I found the ingredients and would love to know if it’s really a high quality food.

I’m also really fond of it since it is made here in the US.

Dry cat food Blue Wilderness?

Hello Everyone! As some may know, my cats, Binnie and Marble eat a half canned/half raw diet. I normally feed raw in the morning, canned in the afternoon and one of those 2 at night and leave a small handful of dry for overnight, approx. 20-30 pieces. I like to keep dry available for the times when I’m gone overnight or am out of town for business. I have ABSOLUTELY no one to come feed my cats for these times, so I leave dry for them. Plus, I’m not gone that long, no more than 2 days, so no one really needs to come feed them anyway. So to my question, I’m looking for the highest quality of the lowest quality choice, dry food. I ran across Blue Wilderness and it’s seems pretty good, but I noticed all of those MEALS behind the meat words and wondered if that’s really okay. The Blue Company worker of course, said there’s nothing wrong with the word meal. I really don’t see the need for oatmeal, potatoes, cranberries and blueberries but all of the high quality dry comes with some type of veggies/fruits so there’s really no way to get around it. But it’s not that many so I won’t complain too much.

Thanks everyone for the answers. Unfortunately, Percy, I don’t have anyone to watch or check on them. I moved out of town for my job so my family is in another state. And I don’t know my neighbors nor do I trust anyone with having a key to my home and going in to check on my animals. My cats will be alright. It’s not often that I’m gone for 2 whole days but it does happen. Thanks for the suggestion!
