Does anyone know if you can home can Kimchi?

am growing cabbage, and I like kimchi, and I was thinking of home canning it in mason jars, but I can’t find a recipe for that anywhere. All I find is that you make it, and then have to refrigerate it. Has anyone canned kimchi?
To clarify; canning is the process where you pack food into mason jars, and then boil the sealed jars in either a pressure cooker or large pot (if the product is acid or salty) . This preserves the food – you know, like what grandma did! So that’s what I’m wondering about…..

Isn’t it rude bad behavior for a co-worker to leave all his food garbage in the trash basket when he goes home

I share a schedule and a desk with a co-worker and he continually leaves his garbage in the trash can under the desk, Chicken bones, cheeze and peppers and dripping containers of all sorts and smells. When I arrive I have to clean up his mess. I am not his mother. I have told him several times and he continually does it. How can I get through to him?
He should put it in a bag and walk it to the large trash area, but not he just throws all the food and liquid in the small paper wastebasket, it is for paper not food. Since when is a paper wastebasket supossed to contain food and liquid and his greasy smelly food. so I have to become his sanitation backup.
