I know Abrahamic faiths believe in a worsening of conditions, and ultimately a nearby ‘doomsday’ event. So (essentially) they look to death and the ‘afterlife’ as hope, rather than a hope for bettering society and sustainability/harmony.
Are there any religions that don’t have such a death-centred and ‘doomsday’ view of things?
