Would they actually force me to eat beef or would I be allowed another meat option?
Would they actually force me to eat beef or would I be allowed another meat option?
I have been changing my diet, and for the most part the huge increase in vegetables and the drop in red meat, along with exercise, seems to be working pretty well. I’ve lost 20 lbs. in 2 months.
But I want to make sure that these foods are okay, or if I could lose more weight or be healthier if I dropped them also.
Mostly its peanut butter, strawberry preserves, grape juice (light), and hot sauce.
I’m wondering if there is too much sugar and fat in peanut butter or too much sugar in preserves?
I’m also wondering if Splenda (the sugar substitute) they are using to keep the grape juice sweet even without sugar is healthy, or is it like that whole Sweet N’ Low thing with the cancer?
And is there too much sodium in hot sauce or is the benefits from the vinegar and peppers outweigh the sodium situation? Do they make a low sodium hot sauce? Does it depend on how much I use?
Thanks for any help.
Say you were stuck on an island with no humans. It has wild animals, fruits and a freshwater stream. What would you use to boil the water? How would you preserve foods such as meat?

For some reason, there are plenty of meat-eaters in this forum that think its somehow hypocritical if a veggie eats something that is sliced in a disc or shaped like a cylinder, or called “chicken-style” etc
For those people, can you help me understand what animal looks like a disk or cylinder and why those shapes should be the preserve of meat products ?
And can you explain if the use of the word “Chicken” actually results in the death of a chicken.
I don’t know any veggie that eats those products because they are somehow longing to eat meat or that these products satisfy that need. They eat them because they are conveniently packed foods.
Often those product exist because not everyone wants to cook from scratch and the meat-centric world does not know how to cook without a “meat” centerpiece.
How does that invalidate a vegetarians diet choices ?
