If I mixed cranberry juice and vodka and never refrigerated it, is it safe to drink?

I know cranberry juice must be refrigerated after opening like apple juice. I forgot to put the mix of both back in the fridge after last weekend and am wondering if it is safe to drink now, if maybe the vodka has a preserving effect? or will I get food poisoning? AHHH!

Can anyone give me a good website that teaches about preserving dried food?

such as sugar…..muffin mix…..legumes etc….

The ones I have found want you to buy theirs. I already have mylar bags , oxygen absorbers, and buckets but I’m not sure what I can package in them besides rice and pasta.
I also have cans.

Over Weight Dog-Border Collie/lab mix?

My dog needs to lose about 50 lbs. she just weight in at 99.5 way too much weight. I know the sensible answer is to cut back on her food and snacks, but is it necessary to buy a Vet prescribed food such as OM made by Purina. I have purchased a bag costing 31.00 for 20 lbs. Way to expensive but if necessary will continue to buy. Is there a cheaper “good” food out there I can start her on? Thank you.

How do you make Green Bean chips?

I buy veggie chips at bulk food stores, there are green beans in the mix, they still look like a green bean just crispy like a potato chip. The ingredients just list all the veggies used and salt. So how do I make them…I can’t find a recipe on google and I have never even made home made potato chips-closest thing I have made would be home made corn chips but tossing green beans in the deep fat fryer just seems too simple….could it be that simple? I would think that would give me the consistancy of french fries not chips. Please help me, I have a half bushel of green beans and thought making chips would be a great way to preserve some of them.
