I know some of the causes…last night had a late, very salty chinese food dinner & a couple too many drinks.
But what can I do the following day to remedy the problem?

Alright so all yesterday i had a bad binge day. i had to have eating atleast 2000 calories of bad stuff i NEVER eat much of. I lost 30 lbs and now trying to maintain it. But lastnight since ive started my period i couldnt help myself untill 2 o clock in the morning. I mean i ate EVERYTHING. 3 bowls of oatmeal, so much sugar, LOTS of butter, i never eat butter or put sugar in my food, 2 BOXES of kashi crackers, lots of dark chocolate lots of chicken, LOTS of yogurt, lots of almond and cereal, lots of CHIPs, french fries, WHITE bread, and SO MUCH MORE and the last thing i ate was pudding i made at like 2 in the morning. I ate so much i was sick and my stomach was HARD. I got onto the scale this morning and it said i gained 2 lbs. What should i do? I got up(5:30am is when i eat breakfast) and i ate my plain shredded wheat cereal with skim milk. Then for lunch i had a sugarfree preserve sandwich on whole wheat with an apple. then for snack at around 3:30 i had a small apple with a lot of natural PB, a handful of kashi crackers and a handful of mini marshmellows.. yes i binged a lil more today but tm i think ill be ok.. Do you think i can take the weight off? After i ate breakfast i exercised a lil bit on my ellipical machine. Do you think the weight will stay? i only binge like that once a month.

he takes a nap in the morning and is fine with that one, but for some reason almost every day he wakes up screaming and crying almost like he is scared. Yesterday he cried and screamed for a solid 30 minutes. He didn’t even have his eyes open. He didn’t want to be held or to be set down. He even refused to eat dinner for 45minutes, he never refuses food. Nothing I tried worked. I have no idea why he is doing this. He has the same routine every day. Should I wakes him up before he wakes up on hin own; maybe?? Please help!!!

She never comes home in the evening . Only in the morning right before I go to work . She stopped picking him up from daycare & my providor can testify to that . I have 2 months in my calendar documented with the days she don’t come home & when she stays gone for 3-4 days at a time . The only reason she wants him is to get child support from me for him. I buy all of his food and clothes. I pay for his insurance.He has a savings account that she has never contributed to . She has another son that she ignored all his life that is currently in a correctional facility at the age of 14(13 when he was placed there by Charlotte police )She’s been suspended from her job for excessive tardiness because she’s too drunk to go to work . She’s had a brick thrown in her car for hanging on the wrong side of the tracks.Her 14 year old is in a gang & I fear for my baby’s safety, whether with his mom or his brother . I need a lawyer within my price range, but I will sacrifice to get custody of him.

My wife is possibly pregnant with our second child. She feels quite sick due to possible morning sickness. Is there any food or drinks she could be having to make her feel better?
