How can I stop eating junk foods while working?

Yes, I am a junk food junkies whenever I am working on website or graphic projects. I notice that I like to munch on something while im working and thinking. Other than that, I don’t have the craving. What do you think is the reason and how can I prevent it?

i’m also a medical student of 2nd year – and i know the consequences of me doing this –, but if u deal with diabetic patient, some will say ‘ ok, sometimes i do want to eat at times where i shouldnt ‘ — it’s like u can’t say No to those mouth-watering foods! … and i’ve lost like 10kg since last sep.( i started to take care of my food —cause of my rising level of cholesterol) – and so i’m taking SIMVASTATIN now ‘ – and it helped a lot- lowered my cholesterol level, w/o complications to my liver, my kidney and all is in good function, but my HBAic is not as good as my daily control, why is that so? sometimes i feel like ‘ ok, i’m the one having tis prob, and ive tried to make my lifestyle better but sometimes it’s really hard to deal with!’
