GTA is a very well known game and im taking a survey on if that is a good idea or not. here is a EX.
at the begging you would start to make a person M/F and clothes, name, apperance, job(cop, criminal,office, delivery guy,lawyer,fast food etc.) and you would start with an intro mission as in what job you have at starting pay. you can get fired and hired and get other jobs, but every person in the game would be a real person except your employer.
Where im located in the U.S. the cost of living is too high. My income is generated online which means I can do my work anywhere in the world. So I need help…WHERE DO I MOVE? Where can I benefit and live a good life? Where can I preserve my income the most?
Here are a few places Ive been thinking of In order from 1st choice to last:
1. Philippines (First choice)
2. Thailand
3. China (Getting expensive/Last choise)
4. Mexico (Last choice)
At some point I will want to purchase a house, but I understand that a few of these places will not allow me to own land, only own the house which is fine….BUT…. then there is property tax to take into consideration.
I found that FOOD would be cheapest in (Philippines)
Renting and buying property would also be lowest in (Philippines)
Philippines however I THINK, but I AM NOT SURE, CORRECT ME
IF IM WRONG, has one of the highest amount of property tax and is insane. I dont know the exact % can someone pls tell me?
Bottom line is If I choose to go to the PH I will have to consider pretty much renting my whole life? If I dont want to pay property tax that is.
Thailand would be the same as Philippines except that its about 40-50% more expensive to live there than PH. Upside to owning property is that property tax is 12.5% much cheaper than PH?
Many ppl say renting is the way to go rather than to buy a house, but then I piss away my money in away by renting because in the end I have no assets.
So…do I give up my dream of owning a house? Because I cant fathom paying $10,000/year or more in property taxes. Thats just like renting in a way..only this way you get to say you own it…and you can make any types of changes you want.
Legally is there any way around this? Are there places where I can just own a house clear free and not have to pay anything but water/electric?
Or something a long the lines of $2,000-$3000/year/less?
I didnt know owning a home could be more of a pain than a blessing.
Anyone have some good advice? Where to move, how to live?
Serious replies please…I do earn a good living, I just dont want to waste it all in america where it costs more to live. Where as my rent is $1000 for a 1 bed apartment, and in other countries can range from just a few hundred dollars for a 4 bedroom house.
So I was reading Wired Science online and came across a series of pictures of asteroid impact craters on earth as seen from space.
They came to the Manicouagan Crater in northern Canada.

They say that it may have caused a mass extinction that killed around 60 percent of all species during the Triassic period, that the impact left a 43 mile impact structure and that the meteor itself was about three miles wide. This strikes me as relatively small, compared to Earth.
How could a 3 mile wide asteroid destroy 60% of life on a 7,900 mile wide planet?

I am a native Minnesotan and my man is native Peruvian. I would like to make some familiar food for him but when I search for recipes online (like Arroz con Pollo, Papas a la Huancaina, Tamales, Seco de Cabrito, etc.) some of the ingredients are difficult or impossible to get here. Does anyone have any good recipes that I’ll actually find the ingredients for (or good replacements)?
