Can someone help me w/a diet….?

Can someone please lay me out a diet plan? Here is a list of semi-diet foods that I do enjoy eating, I just need someones advice on laying it out, when I should eat and what I should eat. I am a snacker and I do not eat too much at a time…I enjoy small meals and I love sweets. :) -I know those have to be cut down. And I have started to not eat anything after 8 pm and I walk/jog about 3-4 miles a week and do lower body workouts.

Wheat bread/toast
Straw preserves
Scrambled egg whites
Fruits:ban,app,straw,grps,orng
Kashi High Protein cerial w/skim milk
Grilled Chicken
Grilled shrimp
Tea, water, fruit juices
Turkey
Wheat pasta with smart butter
Reduced Fat Vanilla Wafers
Popcicles, 10 cals per one :)
Green Beans
Corn
Broccolli
100 Cal packs: cookies, chips, snacks, etc

If anyone has any other low cal foods that they would suggest please let know! But thank you for any plans!….
