What food(s) can you eat that won’t cause you to gain wieght, but will help you out in losing the wieght in the long run?
What food(s) can you eat that won’t cause you to gain wieght, but will help you out in losing the wieght in the long run?
I’m trying to come up with an idea of a product that has to do with survival that our technology today could possibly create, it just hasn’t been put together yet. Thanks.

On food/drink products with a lot of artificial ingredients, some of the the ingredients seem to have explanations in parentheses for their purpose in the product. Example: “sodium benzoate (preserves freshness), caffeine, sodium citrate, etc…”
Why do some ingredients need explanations and other equally sketchy-sounding ones don’t?

Did God give us the answer to this miracle in the same story to prove He is the “Intelligent Designer”? The manna being a perishable food product spoiled fast in it’s raw state lasting only one day. Then God tells them to pick double the manna on the sixth day because of the sabbath on the seventh day. The reason why the manna lasted two days without spoiling is Because God tells them this time to “bake” or “boil” the manna, Him knowing but the people not knowing that “cooking” the manna would preserve it for two days in it’s “cooked” state instead of one day in it’s “raw” state. As far as I know I am the first person to figure out through modern science any of God’s miracles.
I mean seriously, we’re what happens when DNA tries really hard to “survive.” Everything from the fact that we enjoy food and sex down to the very structure of our bodies and our societies exists the way it does because that’s the way that DNA best preserves itself.
