Boy Scout Swimming Merit Badge Requirement #4 In this video, you will see a counselor demonstrate the swimming survival skills by jumping feet first into deep water wearing clothes. He will inflate the shirt, and show that you can float using the shirt for support. Then he will remove and inflate the pants for support, showing various methods to get air into the pants to be used as a PFD. did i fracture my shin?
on saturday, i don’t know how, but i hurt my left leg. it hurts from just under my knee to just above my ankle. it is pain-full to move and touch it. i cant really tell if its swelling up but there is some slight discoloring. I hurt it while my Girl Scout troop was holding a camp out for younger girls to teach them survival skills and i was doing a lot of running around and carrying heavy objects from campsite to campsite.
