My dog needs to lose about 50 lbs. she just weight in at 99.5 way too much weight. I know the sensible answer is to cut back on her food and snacks, but is it necessary to buy a Vet prescribed food such as OM made by Purina. I have purchased a bag costing 31.00 for 20 lbs. Way to expensive but if necessary will continue to buy. Is there a cheaper “good” food out there I can start her on? Thank you.
Sixth-grade report on Japan. We want to know about foods, meals, snacks etc. that are commonplace in Japan, and any info like how they got started, what and how they are made, whether theyare holiday traditional, whatever. I’ve tried everything I can think of, I’ve tried protein drinks,raw eggs, peanut butter. I eat healthy foods and take vitimans,every day. I’m 6’2 and weigh 180 pounds,I want to get to 200 pounds. I eat snacks all through the day besides my meals.
Please help if you can.
I do lift weights, I am in good shape. I also run 3 times per week.
I love working out, I just can’t gain weight.

what are the most filling foods that i can eat in the evening-snacks? Low in fat???
i am the wife of a soldier serving in iraq. i am looking for places that donate things to our soldiers. snacks, movies, bedding, personal hygene products etc. they have to pay a fourtune for things like that, and it takes money from thier family’s while they are away. many families end up overdrawing there acounts because of this. by the time the withdraw from iraq comes in they can’t put food on the table. the rumor that they make alot more while at war is a lie. yeah they get some extra, but not enough for risking thier lives. and not enough to buy things that make them feal more at home and less homesick. any advice or refurals would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
