My plan is to make authentic italian pizza, more tasteful than what the fast food franchises can make. They say the trick to doing this is owning a stone/brick oven because the surrounding stone walls flavor the pizza as well as help to insulate and preserve the flavor. However, they go for thousands of dollars. Will a simple $40 pizza stone have the same effect on my pizza? Or is it more worth it to splurge on a cumbersome pizza oven (only to be in use once a month or so)?
I would think that if something like an asteroid impact wiped out almost all of humanity except for those in developing countries who know nothing about modern technology this could happen… same with a drastic change in the Earth’s magnetic field that could make anything electric useless.
I ask this question based on the myth of Atlantis, where a society as advanced as ours today existed in prehistoric times, and in addition the 2002 movie The Time Machine, where humanity in the year 802701 is shown to be primitive with only archaeological traces of modern life we see today.

I’m like having a “Cher Crave” at the moment, I can’t get enough of her old stuff, I love it!! Specifically the albums “Love Hurts” and “Heart of Stone.” They’re sooo good! Anyone else have a ‘music craving’ sometimes?
I am the only one on my block who recycles. And I notice that sometimes there is a lot of waste. We need to recycle to help preserve our resources for future generations so we don’t turn into cannibals. Like for example, the Easter Islanders. They used up all of their resources by making these stupi stone statues. And towards the end they had no other food, so they had to east eachother.
