I’m joining the military in 8 months, I am very much into the military and my family is full of military. I am debating Army or Marines. I have thought about joining the marines cause I want to become a MCIWS(Marine Combat Instructor Water Survivalist). I’m not sure what my asvab scores are cause I haven’t taken it yet, so idont have a mos list to choose from.
My job isn’t technically ending but it is very insecure and I am starting to think in a survivalist mode… What should I buy/pay first in anticipation of job loss?
I live alone with no help from anyone and I owe the unemployment office so they won’t give me benefits if laid off…
Should I stock up on canned goods, tissue, etc. or but furniture as I really want it because I’m living in a empty apartment??

Now like I said a dream not a reality. I’m a skilled survivalist and I was dreaming one day just walk away with a tent, some supplies. including a rifle and pepper spray. Just walk the world and see all of the lands animals etc of the world and just stand around and vision them like they were in the past, I’m also talking about ruins. If I need cash for something, Odd jobs make quick cash. I’m great at first aid as well. I wanna bring a notebook and write down all my journeys and when I die from old age during the adventure, the book would be lost forever. I’m 20 also lol, I’m a guy btw, I’m using my cousins yahoo answers because I don’t have one, never like computers. Also I wanna separate myself from the human race, to see everything.
