I tried google-ing it, and nothing came up that was usefull. I’m just curious about what are some survival and field skills marines and army rangers need to know, like tracking or how to build a fire with twigs or stuff like that. THANKS

I am joining the army in 2 months and I would like to learn some hand to hand combat before I go to boot camp. For the past 3 months I have been working on my physical condition by doing push ups, sit ups, and running everyday. But I am worried that I will not be ready when it comes down to hand to hand combat. I do not have enough time to join a judo dojo or anything so what would you recommend. I have brought the The Ultimate guide to U.s Army survival skills and techniques and have been going over their hand to hand combat diagrams but I would like to learn more. What should I do continue with the army guide or go online and buy dvds. Any advice would be appreciated and please give me serious answers!
Honest opinions and some usefull answers would be appreciated
How do these ingrediants sound, by the way its a puppy food.
