My poor cat has so many problems…?

My poor cat. He has asthma and he’s always sick because i live in a humid environment. He only eats science diet and refuses to eat anything else. We tried him on three other brands of food but he got so incredibly sick that I had to take him to the emergency vet. The vet says we need to put him on wet food because he gets dehydrated very easily but 1. he hates it. 2. he gets really sick. 3. he can’t eat it because of the way his face is deformed. I feel so bad for him and I don’t know what to do.
I don’t want to put him to sleep because he is only 5 years old and he is so sweet. aside from these problems he functions just like any other normal cat, he plays with his toys even though he wheezes, and he is so affectionate.

Question about my 9 year old Rotty?

I have a 9 yr old and for about a month now he started coughing, vomiting and not eating.. went to the vet and we tried antibiotics. Well, he stopped vimiting but still won’t eat and coughs only when he walks far or gets excited. I have tried chicken and rice but the rice is too heavy..it made him sick. I tried raw ground turkey and hamburger.. won’t eat it. He may try something new one day and the next day he won’t eat it .. I am running out of ideas of what to feed him. I have tried canned food, moist food and gravies … nothing works. Please help .. I don’t want him to suffer.
He was checked for Heartworms and Lymes and it came back negative.
He doesn’t have anything stuck in his throat, had that checked. He took a turn for the worse today. He is having trouble walking. I need to know what to do. He needs to eat.

Should I really be feeding my dog this?

My vet has me feeding my 8 month old Cockapoo/Bichon mix dry Purina E/N. When I started going there, I had him on all natural food. I can’t help but feel guilty about what I am feeding him now (see ingredients below). Should I stick to the Purina and obey by vet’s orders or not?

Ingredients (Dry)
Brewers rice, corn gluten meal, ground yellow corn, beef and bone meal, coconut oil, animal digest, beef tallow preserved with mixed-tocopherols (source of Vitamin E), dicalcium phosphate, glyceryl monostearate, calcium carbonate, L-Lysine monohydrochloride, potassium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, soybean oil, fish oil, salt, choline chloride, vitamin supplements (E, A, B-12, D-3), zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate, ascorbic acid, riboflavin supplement, manganese sulfate, niacin, calcium pantothenate, biotin, copper sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, garlic oil, menadione sodium bisulfite complex (source of Vitamin K activity), calcium iodate, sodium selenite.

Releasing a box turtle?

I rescued a box turtle 12 years ago and I still have him. I want to release him back to the wild in a nice park near my house. He had 2 surgeries of rectal prolapse and recently the vet said it is because he is in captivity so it’s time for him to go back to nature. My question is this, after all this time of ME providing his food, will he be able to survive in the wild? I know they are born with survival skills but I’m wondering if he will be okay? Thank you for your answers in advance.
In the past week he is showing signs of minimal prolapse again but it’s not all the way out like before.
I called the Mesker Zoo in Evansville Indiana to see if they will take Dakota. I have not heard back yet. After reading the posts, I won’t turn him out on his own as he would be lost by himself. Right now he’s walking around the house (he’s small) and getting in to things like a little kid, lol.The backyard structure for him is a good idea.
