wear sizi midium in t-shirts can you help me with this one?
because you know how you want to lose weight but you cant because your favorite food is right in fornt of you and you just cant help it ya i’m like that. please w/b
I’m a girl, wear tshirst, shorts or jeans, chin length hair that’s wavy, im slight under weight but i am working on that, i get dirty on an average day, not very sporty but into wildlife survival skills, likes animals, working on my rock climbing skills even thought i can climb a tree bare in under 10 seconds. what would you say?

I am 114 pounds and it works because i am a model. However, most designers have trouble fitting me because i am too thin in the hips. I only want to be about 126 and i was wondering if anyone out there knew of ways to gain weight. Eating excess food does not work for me. I eat a lot, and i’ve never been on a diet. I am naturally small.

what do you think is really responsible for the weight gain in America?
I know this sounds so normal but is it larger portions? Is our food really bigger than in other countries? I have heard that the french have smaller food portions and so do the English and that many foreigners are shocked when they see the size of our portions. How true is all of this and how can we really lose weight in this nation as a whole.
and why is our self esteem so tied into weight? I hate that, we are unhealthy but at the same time are told to be okay with our bodies.
