drink eight glasses of water a day PERIOD the best way to loose weight is not to restrict you calories my daughter is 15 she lost 60 lbs in a year by restricting her carbs to 20 a day…lots of salad cheese and eggs..fried chicken tuna its really a good diet..good luck if you dont eat meat you wilyour muscle which you need to loose the fat muscle burns fat..

no junk food. lots of fruits and veggies. instead of general sweets, eat dark chocolate, in little chunks. quit eating meat and dairy.
